INFO ON PRODUCTS
All of our products are customizable to fit your preferences, wants, and needs. If you choose to customize a product and don't know what color combinations, flakes, glitter, etc.. would look good together please contact us. It is our pleasure to help so your order comes out perfect and that you will love it. Once an order is placed no changes will be able to be made. Pre-made/pre-designed products may look slightly different from pictures as they are all hand-made with love.
Shipping times
Our standard processing time is 7-8 business days to create custom orders then will be shipped out the next day after they are completed.
For pre-designed orders they will be shipped out 7-8 business days after order is placed.
**Note: We try our hardest to perfect every order that is placed, with best efforts some products may have microbubbles. Microbubbles are more noticeable in products that are darker and/or transparent.**
